Hey Familyyyyyyyyy,

So transfer day came around aaaaand BAM I got transferred, I am in Santa Maria  area and so far so good.. It's only been a few days and we had a baptism here last Saturday haha, so it was good. Before I left San Fernando Bro Melvine, our investigator, was getting baptized on the 31 and said he wants me to baptize him, so hopefully President will allow us to make the 4 hour trip this Saturday for his baptism haha. But ya all's good. I'm the new Narvacan Zone ZL and my comp is Elder Batal, he's way legit. He’s in my batch, which is cool, and once I figured out I was transferring to Narvacan zone the assistant said president was very excited about our companionship and stuff so it's cool, so far so good.
Not too much happened besides transfer day, I said goodbye to all the investigators and stuff for like 2 days haha, but it's nice in my new zone. We went from having 31 missionaries in San Fernando to now we have 18 in Narvacan zone and Elder Fulivai is in my zone, which is awesome haha. We gave a training (me and Elder Batal) earlier to the zone and it was great. The zone is all good.
Our area is way big. It’s a lot different from the city. We are just in a small town now but the ward is good. We got like 90 attendance and I had to give a talk my first Sunday haha, but from what I’ve seen most the members have gotten offended from our bishop. But like everywhere we go we meet less-actives. Anyways ya that's about it. Love you

Hey Family Elder Jones commin at ya.

We just came from Sevilla chapel and we gave a workshop to the zone on asking questions, it was a mean workshop that's all I gotta say. But ya so this week was good, it went by really fast. Wednesday we were on exchanges and I was working with Elder Santos, who's on his last transfer, and it was good. But we got a call at like 5 and these 2 elders got in a fight so we had to close the exchanges we were already on and go on this emergency exchange. It was good though they just needed to blow off some steam.
We had 5 investigators who attended church, which was the most in a while. The Lim family, Brother Melvine our IBD, brother Manuel, and Brother Edgar. We taught Edgar earlier in the week and he has sooo many crazy questions so it's hard to get a good lesson in and he's so good in the bible and I suck in the bible haha so he gets me there. But ya he said that he was watching Discovery channel or something and this show called like the Mormon extra terrestrial came on and he said they proved that when angel Moroni came to Joseph Smith he was an alien and not an angel haha. So we were like uhhhhhhhh ya nope. But I was dying.
Brother Julius, our 15 year less active, came to church for the 3rd time in a row, which was great. He’s scared to get out of his comfort zone and meet members though which is the problem, but you can see him changing every time we go. He loves us though and has a gift for me when I transfer.
Transfer day is this Friday but we won't find out whose transferring until Thursday; that way there is no drop in the work because when people know they are transferring they set up dinner appointments and stop working pretty much haha. But ya I have no idea if I’m transferring.. I hope I do haha. But we will see. Oh and I am 11 months today. Sick k

luhh ya. BYE

Hey Family so this week was all good.

So to start off, no I have not had surgery because I have not had time. We went to the hospital and it's holy week here so like no one works because everyone is catholic (even if you are not catholic you do holy week stuff. Even Mormons here do it) So we went to the hospital and the ladies like, “no there's no doctors or surgeons until next week stupid it's holy week” and I’m like uhhhhhhhh k.
So my toes still jacked and hurts but I think I will have surgery after I’m done being a zone leader… there's like no time. But I did get a pedicure and they cleaned out the blood and stuff.
Other than that we have two gay less-actives: one's name is Brother Santos and the other is Julius. They live in different parts of the area but they are way similar. Brother Santos won't come to church because he blames god he's gay, and brother Julius doesn't come to church but he doesn't know we know he's gay.
We worked with a member, Brother Chan, he's a recent convert and he took us to his friends that want to be baptized but have word of wisdom problems. But they are awesome. We taught Edgar Chu (brother Chans friend) for the first time where he wasn't wasted and he was crying and really wants to change he's just a chain drinker smoker and stuff.
We found a new investigator sister Mariz and Brother Randy and they are way receptive and stuff. The only problem is every time Randy’s at work, Marize calls like her other boy friends over so she's funny like that. But Randy found out! Anywho-- it's funny because like we saw the whole thing play out.  Every time we went there and there was a different guy we would be like “Oh Mariz where’s randy?” and she's like “uhhhhhh who?????? hahahaha?!?! “So it's like a soap opera or whatever.

That's pretty much it.. work was slow because of holy week, Philippino’s go nuts.

love ya

Hello family.

So this weeks been all right, kinda stressful to be honest because I am now training a new zone leader. His name is Elder Orr from Bicol Philippines. He seems cool. We were district leaders at the same time in Bacnotan zone.
But to start off, ya so we had a lot of dinner appointments last week because Elder Defacto knew he was transferring. But, so Thursday was transfer day, met everyone there, met the new zone. And went from there.
Friday was crazy because we got a call from the AP's and one of the sisters in our zone ran away!! So the AP's picked us up and we went looking for her just running around everywhere. We found her and ya that was a first that someone’s run away haha.
Our area kinda blows so we have been finding a lot. After our baptisms we just stopped teaching Investigators and like only taught less actives. So know we are really focusing on Investigators, and trying to find them.
Our apartment is cool. Last transfer it was elder Santos and elder Paran with us but we found them a new apartment.  Actually dad, a zone leader is like a real estate agent and we find apartments and make contracts and what not. But ya our new apartment is Elder Dahle from Idaho and Elder Adriano from Manilla (actually he was Bryces trainer). But ya so it's a party.
Anyways ya that's about it. We taught brother Edgar --a crazy guy-- again and he was... crazy. But all is good. I'm getting surgery this Thursday on my toes.. They are in- grown and like killing me but I refused to go to a doctor.... haha.. but sister Balledos told me too so... cool. Ya love you. Bye

Hey... suuuup

This week was good. Had a blacktiiiiizmmmmmm. Na but ya we had a baptism yesterday, Gwenn Gacayan. It was way good. Her boyfriend actually was the one that baptized her which was cute ((((::: But ya she's been an investigator for a while. Her family still hasn't decided a date for baptism yet which is sad. But we are working on them we teach them twice a week.
Me and Elder Defacto had a meeting with President Balledos last Friday with the San Fernando stake leadership (bishops and Branch Presidents and stuff) were there and we pretty much just chastised them (well president did) and told them to get the work moving. Haha it was cool. But after that President told Elder Defacto he's transferring and that I need to learn the zone by next week which is transfer’s because I might be training a new zone leader which would suck since it's my first transfer..
But this week was good, our area kinda sucks now not gonna lie.. After our baptisms we like don't know who to teach haha.. So we have to find, which sucks.
We gave a specialized training to the zone this morning and we see who's transferring in the zone tomorrow then transfer day is Thursday.. That's about it.

Love you -Elder Jones
